ABOVE and BEYOND That is how I would describe the service I received from the salesman Scott Martin of Roofed Right. When our building in Deerfield, WI was hit by a tornado, I called several roofing companies that day. The next day only two showed up, Scott with Roofed Right and another company. The other company never returned after the initial visit. In my younger days I had worked as a roofer for some time so I have a knowledge of roofing, the materials, the process, etc. This project was bigger then one I would want my employees doing, even with my background guiding them. Logistically this project was a nightmare as it was tornado damage, twisted metal, missing roof sections, lifted roof sections, etc. I thought it would be a simple process. We got hit by a tornado, we have insurance, put a new roof on. Well, it wasn't that simple! Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND almost daily to keep the ball rolling for us. He dealt with many obstacles, obstacles that really are not their responsibility. He dealt with the insurance adjuster, building inspector, electrician, and probably other places in an effort to get us a roof. He takes a lot of pride in not only his work, but the work that Roofed Right performs. Communication with progress reports was almost daily informing me of the obstacles, and insurance politics that he was fighting through. As it is storming heavy today, I have inspected the building and there are no leaks. The TPO product that they used is a fantastic product with a minimal shrinkage factor unlike other products that will shrink in time which could possibly tear the membrane. There is no doubt that I would contact Scott again if I needed any roofing work, and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a salesman who will work with you. A company that will stand behind their work. And a crew that does a fantastic job and cleans up behind themselves really well. I should mention that the project manager Bobbie was very helpful and informative as well. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Thank you Scott, Bobbie, and the installers at Roofed Right.

Their price was very competitive with other local roofing companies for the same work and they provided us with a better warranty. Ray was very upfront about supply chain issues they were having and kept us informed throughout the process. They handled the permitting process with our village and we were very satisfied with the way the job was managed when they did the work.

My building has been looked at and had “repairs” by multiple other companies and people over the past six years and every time it rained it leaked. Jordan was the first person that was truly honest with me about the situation and what needed to be done to fix it. He took pictures and did an excellent job explaining everything in detail. Zack and Cory were on the crew and were also fantastic and very professional. We’ve had heavy storms come through twice since the repair and nothing has leaked for the first time in 6 years. I’ll never use another roof company.

He was able to walk me through the project timeline with his team in detail before the project was even awarded. Once the project was a go, I worked directly with Jerry Hauppa on coordinating the day to day. I had provided Jerry a detailed schedule over multiple weeks on what my expectations were for what work was to be done where and when. For a project of this size there are bound to be some things that arise, but Jerry went above and beyond to meet our schedule as best as he could given certain constraints outside of control. Jerry had excellent communication, follow up, and daily updates. He was very accessible throughout the whole project and always strived to meet our demands. The project overall was a huge success. Both Steve & Jerry were great to work with and I would highly recommend Roofed Right.

Recently preformed a repair at our facility and did a great job. Will defiantly use them again

Roof Right has installed membrane roofing on our factory in 2019 and on our office in 2020. They did the work promptly and were very good about communicating with us.
