ABOVE and BEYOND That is how I would describe the service I received from the salesman Scott Martin of Roofed Right. When our building in Deerfield, WI was hit by a tornado, I called several roofing companies that day. The next day only two showed up, Scott with Roofed Right and another company. The other company never returned after the initial visit. In my younger days I had worked as a roofer for some time so I have a knowledge of roofing, the materials, the process, etc. This project was bigger then one I would want my employees doing, even with my background guiding them. Logistically this project was a nightmare as it was tornado damage, twisted metal, missing roof sections, lifted roof sections, etc. I thought it would be a simple process. We got hit by a tornado, we have insurance, put a new roof on. Well, it wasn't that simple! Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND almost daily to keep the ball rolling for us. He dealt with many obstacles, obstacles that really are not their responsibility. He dealt with the insurance adjuster, building inspector, electrician, and probably other places in an effort to get us a roof. He takes a lot of pride in not only his work, but the work that Roofed Right performs. Communication with progress reports was almost daily informing me of the obstacles, and insurance politics that he was fighting through. As it is storming heavy today, I have inspected the building and there are no leaks. The TPO product that they used is a fantastic product with a minimal shrinkage factor unlike other products that will shrink in time which could possibly tear the membrane. There is no doubt that I would contact Scott again if I needed any roofing work, and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a salesman who will work with you. A company that will stand behind their work. And a crew that does a fantastic job and cleans up behind themselves really well. I should mention that the project manager Bobbie was very helpful and informative as well. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Thank you Scott, Bobbie, and the installers at Roofed Right.

We are very satisfied with the work Roofed Right has done on our facility. Scott Martin came out to inspect our roof after we discovered wind damage. Scott went above and beyond to get us a quote and proposal package in record time (while traveling!). Once everything was squared away with the insurance (record time again, but in the wrong direction) and weather permitted, Jerry Hauppa and his team were able to get our project finished in under two days with minimal disruption to the manufacturing operations in the facility. The repairs included removing damaged substrate, installing steel decking, adding insulation, and replacing the membrane.

Completely satisfied with finished roof and Roofed Right staff, and overall value. Scott Martin my initial company contact seemed truly interested in coming up with the best value proposition solution to some not easy to solve problems. He met me on site no less than 5 times and always put the customer first. I had a number of other companies bid the project with the Roofed Right proposal and value a clear cut choice for our roof. After choosing Roofed Right they kept all of their promises and more with excellent communication, work ethic, quality product, site clean up and timeliness of work performed. I especially was impressed with my assigned project manager Jerry who kept me up to date with everything and was my advocate to make sure all work was performed and even exceeded as promised. They finish roof projects with a thorough walk thru and inspection and I definitely have a full understanding and sense of pride in my new roof. I would highly recommend Roofed Right.

To whom it may concern, In 2005 I had just purchased a large commercial building for my expanding business with the understanding that that roof would need replacement. Of several specialized contractors I had visit my new facility, none seemed more interested in my best possible outcome than the wonderful people at Roofed Right America. The entire process was relaxing in that they spoke respectfully to my maintenance manager and did not try to "sell" me a specific type of roof before they asked about my needs. Most of the other companies I had out to examine the project told me, before they stepped onto the roof or asked what I wanted, that I needed a GBUR roof or a "rubber" roof or whatever, it seemed, that they make the most amount of money in installing! My decision was to apply new insulation board and a thermoplastic roof of Johns Manville 60 mil PVC over the roofing surface after removing the wet insulation and roofing materials that were on the existing roofing system. My decision was based on the research that I had done after being advised by the great consultant at Roofed Right America. I had instructed that, being a financially-minded person and very "planned capital expenditure" driven, I wanted a roof with a predictable service lifetime of around 20 years with a preventative maintenance schedule designed for my maintenance staff in conjunction with a roofing provider. The predictable manner in which this type of roofing system ages and the ease of maintenance made it a perfect choice for me. Of all of the companies offering their services, Roofed Right America was the only one to bring not only a great investment price but also the competent staff of quality-driven leaders in whom I could trust the valuable contents of my building during the project. The care they provided during the project was everything I was expected and any issues that came up during and after the project were professionally and quickly addressed in the same courteous manner as the original installation. After the installation I chose to remove some HVAC units and utility runs over the surface, during which I had Roofed Right America re-inspect the roof surface and even install new skylights over my production area. Roofed Right America regularly stays in contact with my staff to perform inspection work and proactively check-in with our facility in case we have any issues: I couldn't be happier with them and gladly offer myself as a reference as a testimony to their ethical standards and professionalism.

Roofed Right just completed the complete tear off and installation of a new roof for St. John's Lutheran School. Adam Hickmann, Jerry Hauppa and their crew did an excellent job for us. The removal of the original 1965 built-up roof along with a few added other roof layers took longer than they expected, but they were up to the task. The Roofed Right crew was professional, courteous and respectful. They were attentive to ever detail that they needed to install and to our staff and others who continued to work in the building while the roof replacement work took place. Once completed the roof was inspected and Adam and Jerry made sure that the entire outside of the school grounds was cleaned up prior to the start of the school year on 8-24-20. We are very happy with Roofed Right's workmanship and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The company and the crew was great. When the crew finished our roof it was inspected with a walk through. I was impressed with the work they did & with the time they finished. I will be having them replace two more sections this summer.

We have a 150,000 square ft building that has parts of it dating back 100 years old; with 18 different sections of virus roofing coverings. The oldest sections over 40,000 sq ft. required the complete tear off of two layers of tar paper and gravel. Roofed Right was the fourth bid we had gotten and glad we did! The other quotes were 3 to 4 pages but the quote Floyd McKinley gave us was a 1" thick booklet complete with pictures of our roof; descriptions of exactly how and what they were going to fix / remove (skylights - Air conditioners etc.) Along with samples of the insolation and TPO product they were going to use. The amount of time and effort he put in even before anything was signed as amazing. We were not sure of what we were getting into or how well promises would be kept. But as the project started we were again amazed at the speed and quality of the workmanship. So much so that as they progressed towards finishing one section, we continually added more areas, (seven different contracts totaling just over $1,080,00). Everyone from the salesman Floyd / project manager Jesus and on sight foreman Mark were all great to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. When the city inspector finished his inspection he told us and the Roofed Right representative "quote Great job! I wish you did more jobs in our town. It would make my job a lot easier." That was very reassuring to hear. Next year we hope to have Roofed Right come back to finish the remaining areas.
