ABOVE and BEYOND That is how I would describe the service I received from the salesman Scott Martin of Roofed Right. When our building in Deerfield, WI was hit by a tornado, I called several roofing companies that day. The next day only two showed up, Scott with Roofed Right and another company. The other company never returned after the initial visit. In my younger days I had worked as a roofer for some time so I have a knowledge of roofing, the materials, the process, etc. This project was bigger then one I would want my employees doing, even with my background guiding them. Logistically this project was a nightmare as it was tornado damage, twisted metal, missing roof sections, lifted roof sections, etc. I thought it would be a simple process. We got hit by a tornado, we have insurance, put a new roof on. Well, it wasn't that simple! Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND almost daily to keep the ball rolling for us. He dealt with many obstacles, obstacles that really are not their responsibility. He dealt with the insurance adjuster, building inspector, electrician, and probably other places in an effort to get us a roof. He takes a lot of pride in not only his work, but the work that Roofed Right performs. Communication with progress reports was almost daily informing me of the obstacles, and insurance politics that he was fighting through. As it is storming heavy today, I have inspected the building and there are no leaks. The TPO product that they used is a fantastic product with a minimal shrinkage factor unlike other products that will shrink in time which could possibly tear the membrane. There is no doubt that I would contact Scott again if I needed any roofing work, and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a salesman who will work with you. A company that will stand behind their work. And a crew that does a fantastic job and cleans up behind themselves really well. I should mention that the project manager Bobbie was very helpful and informative as well. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Thank you Scott, Bobbie, and the installers at Roofed Right.

Adam and the Team were great. Had a flat roof work done on apartment building. Quick replies from office and Adam. Continually given updates on the project and status throughout the job. Plan on using them again should I need another room replaced.
