    The Historic Modjeska Theater on Mitchell Street in Milwaukee presented a challenge: water-intrusion and structural shifts threatened to overshadow the historic renovation desired by the caretakers.

  • 4. Bascom Hall:

    One of the most prestigious buildings in all of Wisconsin, a historic landmark project renovated by All American Roofing.

    • Fully Adhered 60 mil EPDM (Johns Manville): 31,000 Sq/ft.
    • Fluid Applied Urethane (Neogard) Membrane: 1,700 Sq/ft.
    • Fluid Applied Acrylic (Neogard): 750 Sq/ft.
    • SPF (Gaco Western) with Fluid Applied Silicone (Neogard): 1,200 Sq/ft.

  • 5. St. John's Lutheran Church:

    Another historic landmark project, using state of the art technology tethered to old-style artisan craftsmanship to update a magnificent place of worship is all in a day's work for All American Roofing.

    • Cross-vented insulation / Architectural (GAF) Composite Shingles: 21,000 Sq/ft.
    • Fully Adhered 60 mil TPO (GAF): 1,800 Sq./ft.

  • 6. Cerac Corporation:

    An incredible testament to the balance of ability, skill, timing brought to you by the craftsmen at All American Roofing. Many companies refused to even bid this project, but we stepped up and scored.

    • Tear-off of 18” of wet insulation, tapered lightweight concrete reinforced with wire, and three roofing systems.
    • Installed: Fully Adhered insulation and tapered-systems, fully adhered 60 mil EPDM (Johns Manville): 7,200 Sq./ft.

  • 7. Calvary Baptist Church:

    A landmark in its area, Calvary Baptist Church is the proud owner of a distinctive building on Milwaukee's north side for which we performed the delicate task of designing and producing a new roofing system equal to that of its planners and architect.

    • Mechanically-Attached 60 mil PVC (GAF): 5,500 Sq./Ft.

  • 8. Pewaukee Village Hall and Police Station:

    A willingness to assist in a tough situation brings this project to the forefront; our accomplished and seasoned crews walk into difficult jobs and everyone comes out a winner.
